Always in safe hands

My Name is Victoria Cooper, and I am a Certified Behaviourist.

My passion for dog training and behaviour began in childhood and has developed into over 30 years of professional study and hands-on experience. Since starting formal training in 1994, I have gained extensive qualifications and specialist expertise, allowing me to break down complex behaviour issues into clear, practical guidance you can apply confidently at home.

As a course tutor, I am committed to delivering accurate, evidence-based education. I continually invest in my professional development through seminars and advanced courses, ensuring that everything I teach reflects current best practice in dog behaviour and training. This means you’re learning proven, up-to-date methods from someone who not only understands the theory, but has spent decades applying it successfully with real dogs and real owners.

Compassionate, Ethical, Kind

My approach to your dog’s behaviour is to act as a guide and interpreter to help you to understand why your dog is exhibiting challenging behaviours and then teach and support you in changing your dog’s behaviour. My aim is to guide you in building a trusting harmonious relationship with your dog using positive, ethical, and compassionate methods.

Testimonials

"The video tutorials were a highlight—they were easy to follow, clearly explained, and demonstrated exactly how to apply the techniques in real-life situations.

I especially liked how the course focused not just on managing reactivity, but also on building my dog’s confidence and tolerance around their triggers.

I highly recommend Victoria’s course as a starting point for anyone looking to better understand and support their reactive dog in a compassionate and structured way."

- Jo Goodison
